And as a former bus operator, we understand how critically important it is that your buses spend the minimum time off the road. That’s why once you’ve purchased your Volgren vehicles we’ll put you straight in touch with a dedicated after sales manager to handle any questions or concerns.

It’s also why we’ve continued to invest in the country’s largest aftersales network with four company owned facilities; fully equipped workshops and mobile service fleet offering 24-hour support to keep your bus on the road and earning its keep. We are fully stocked with spares and can carry out all accident repairs, from minor jobs to major repairs so you don’t have to.

Whether it’s your first E-Bus on trial, or you have a growing fleet, you can be certain that next generation vehicles will be supported by Volgren and our chassis OEMs during the vehicles whole operational life.

We recognise that the move to electric vehicles involves a steep learning curve for those unfamiliar with the technology. With this in mind, we’ve invested our electric vehicle training programme for drivers and mechanics and future proofed our after-sales network support.

Our team can restore and replace glass, mend vinyl, carry out electrical repairs and repair damage caused by vandalism. Because we built the bus, we can offer an end-to-end service covering every aspect of the vehicle.

In addition to servicing we offer full and partial refurbishments, full and partial resprays in our purpose-built ovens, and an express turnaround option.

And if you can’t get your bus to one of our facilities, our mobile service fleet make it possible for Volgren to come to you. You’ll have access to the best technicians at your own facility or at the site of a breakdown.
