6,000th Bus Built at Dandenong

Volgren has celebrated a major manufacturing milestone: the 6,000th bus built at its Dandenong facility in Victoria, handed over to long-time partner Dysons.

Dandenong has been the heart of Volgren’s operations for more than four decades, and today anchors a national footprint of three manufacturing facilities and five service centres supporting operators across the country.

The 6,000th bus is a testament to the hundreds of skilled tradespeople, engineers and support staff who design and build Australia’s buses locally — and to enduring customer partnerships like the one Volgren shares with Dysons.
